How do I request a refund?

Our customer service team is dedicated to your satisfaction. If you believe the return has not been prepared to your liking we encourage you to contact us by phone, live chat or email. We will work with you until you are content with the return we provide. If it is determined that you do not need the return we prepared, or decide that you no longer would like our product here is a simple guide for requesting a refund.

A refund will be granted if any of the following are true:

1) Customer proves they do not need the product or a service.
(A customer sends a copy of a tax return prepared by another company, the return is blank etc.)

2) A service or product has not been rendered or provided.
3) A unique circumstance approved by Management
